Lucy
Lucy is my Golden Retriever. She was born in May of 2020 so is now four years old. We have lots of fun playing tag and fetch! She loves her brother Moose and they love to play chase together. Lucy loves to run with me; we completed two 5K’s this year and are signed up for another one. She is an active girl who also loves to cuddle and snuggle together. Her favorite cuddle spot is in my Eno. We have been on some lovely camping adventures and she is a fantastic hiking partner.
Lucy has been cleared by OFA for hip and elbow dysplasia. Hips are normal. Elbows are excellent. She also has had her eyes checked and they are CERF certified as normal. Lucy's Cardiac exam was normal and NEURONAL CEROID LIPOFUSCINOSIS (NCL) was clear as well. She is quite healthy and is a lean pup. She weighed 65 pounds prior to pregnancy. Lucy's first litter went wonderfully, and she was a devoted mom, caring for her puppies with love. Her biggest challenge was wanting to play with them too early, but now she enjoys playing with Koda, one of the pups my sister adopted. It's so sweet to see their bond grow as they spend time together! I am looking forward to watching her be a mom a second time.
